About Me

I am a lover of animals and adventures. I thrive as a perpetually curious world-traveling yogi, writer, teacher and intuitive healer.

As someone who has been highly intuitive since childhood, I've always taken an interest in understanding the deeper layers of life. As I began the path into yoga and meditation in 2010, I realized that I felt inclined to step into the role of teacher. I dedicated a large amount of my free time to deepening my relationship with myself and cultivating relationships with those who would foster my growth.

I completed my first Yoga Teacher Training in Colorado in 2013. Although I didn't truly resonate with that style of yoga, I deeply resonated with the teachings of the energetics of the chakra system. It introduced me to a revolutionary lens from which to relate to my physical and spiritual self simultaneously.

The chakra system offered a profound level of clarity and spiritual understanding that I was able to incorporate into my personal life and eventually my professional life as a teacher. Since 2014 I have taught workshops and series on the chakras. I also had the pleasure of contributing to Yoga Teacher Trainings at the Yoga Center of Steamboat. I was responsible for training new teachers on the basics of the chakras and how to safely and respectfully incorporate them into their classes.

In May of 2015 I learned to practice Reiki under the instruction of Lourdes Gray of the John Harvey Gray Center for Reiki Healing in Boston. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is essential to healing injuries. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients of both the human and animal varieties over the years.

I have since developed a one-on-one reiki practice as well as a coaching program which incorporates reiki and the chakras as a path to self-healing for my (human) clients. In 2020 I had the honor of leading two First Degree Reiki trainings; One in St. Paul, MN and one in Steamboat, CO.

I am certified to teach meditation and Yin yoga, which I enjoy very much. I incorporate elements of restorative yoga and yoga Nidra into my instruction as well.

Each of these practices have added depth and perspective to my own healing and to my role as a guide for others in their unique experiences. I have found that approaching healing from a multifaceted approach brings depth that may not be reached by one method alone.

It is an immense honor to work alongside others and offer guidance to those who wish to nurture their relationships with themselves and their loved ones.

I've spent over a decade practicing and teaching varied styles of yoga and meditation. Over the past several years I have had the immense honor of assisting people and animals as they reconnect with a sense of inner knowing and peace.

It is only because of the depth of my own healing work that I have had the privilege to step into this role for others. My passion for social justice and equality for all people regardless of race, gender identity, sexuality or economic standing keeps me focused on the importance of healing. The more we heal, the better we are to one another. The more we heal, the better equipped we are to accept ourselves fully and reclaim our inherent worthiness of happy, vibrant lives.

As a teacher and guide, my aim is to inspire my clients to reclaim not only their energy but their lives. It is my intention to educate and empower each of my clients as they explore the subtler layers of healing and connect with their own intuition. My multi-dimensional approach to healing focuses on clarifying the energetic body through reiki healing, mediumship and personalized chakra-specific exercises.

My goal as a guide for healing is to always leave my clients feeling nurtured, inspired and empowered.
